Amit is the Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director at L&T Technology 91Ô­´´ (LTTS), responsible for providing business & technology leadership, market direction and strategic vision to drive the company’s performance.

An influential leader in the engineering services industry for over 25 years, and one of the early proponents of engineering & information technology outsourcing services from India, Amit has amassed a wealth of international experience spanning a variety of geographies and is a trusted strategic advisor to clients on Engineering and R&D best practices.

Amit was previously Deputy CEO & Whole Time Director, running the gamut of business operations, delivery and sales & marketing at LTTS, and preparing the technology roadmap for the company’s future. Amit led LTTS’ executive management team that oversaw the organization’s business and strategy implementation.

Amit has always been passionate about helping global R&D customers and Fortune 500 companies leverage L&T Technology 91Ô­´´â€™ digital engineering offerings for their strategic differentiation and product development.

Amit is the sole ER&D sector leader in the elite NASSCOM Executive Council (IT/ITeS), guiding NASSCOM’s industry charter, helping foster out-of-the-box innovation, and promoting Intellectual Property creation in India’s tech industry. He joined LTTS in 2009, as its Business Head of Americas. Over the years, he has progressively taken on increased responsibility for the company’s business worldwide and helped in its growth, both organically and via acquisitions.

As a core member of the LTTS leadership team, Amit was instrumental in driving the company through a high-profile Initial Public Offering (IPO) in India and successfully listing it on the National Stock Exchange and the Bombay Stock Exchange in 2016.

His career which spans over two decades in core engineering & information technology outsourcing, is marked with significant achievements. Amit has managed P&L for multiple business units, spearheaded organization-wide strategic initiatives and led business development and relationship management activities worldwide.

Amit is an electrical & electronics engineer and has been honored with the Distinguished Alumni Award for Leadership in Corporate World, Industry, Academia and Research Institutions by his alma mater, BIT Mesra in 2022. He was recognized by the Indo American Chamber of Commerce as the Corporate Leader of the Year, 2023.

Amit has done an Advanced Management Program in Business Leadership from INSEAD, France. He has also done a Global Business Leadership Executive Program with Harvard Business School Publishing.

Amit is an avid reader of both biographies and fiction and encourages his employees to nurture and expand their minds through reading. He has written extensively on Technology, Leadership and Sustainable Development. Amit is currently based out of Washington DC.

Mr. Abhishek Sinha serves as the Executive Director & President at L&T Technology 91Ô­´´. His leadership is characterized by a strong focus on quality, cost-efficient delivery, and the satisfaction of both clients and employees. Mr. Sinha oversees key verticals and horizontals, including Medical, Smart World, Digital Manufacturing 91Ô­´´, Digital Products and 91Ô­´´, Embedded 91Ô­´´, V&V, and Global Alliances.

Under his stewardship, these segments are aligned to drive excellence and innovation, ensuring that LTTS remains at the forefront of industry advancements.

Earlier, as COO & Board Member at LTTS, Abhishek has been instrumental in establishing long-standing systems and processes, through strategy formulation and execution, operational excellence and talent leadership. Clients, peers, senior leaders, and team respect him for his commitment to driving results and transforming concepts to reality.

Prior to joining LTTS, Abhishek was the Chief Operations & Personnel Officer and Executive Board Member at KPIT, where he was responsible for laying out the operational framework and governance of all businesses within KPIT to achieve profitable growth. In the past, Abhishek was the Vice President and Global Head for Product Engineering 91Ô­´´ (PES) at KPIT.

After graduating in engineering from Banaras Hindu University (now IIT-BHU), Abhishek joined Infosys in 1993 and worked till 2013. During his tenure & leadership, the ER&D business at Infosys witnessed one of the fastest growth in its business.

Ashish Khushu is Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at L&T Technology 91Ô­´´ (LTTS). He drives the company’s technology and innovation roadmap in developing IPs, Products, Platforms, and Solutions to address emerging strategic high-growth investment areas in Digital Engineering. Under Ashish’s leadership, LTTS files over 200+ patents every year and has won numerous awards in innovation from various global institutes.

With a career spanning over three decades, Ashish has always been in domains and industries strongly driven and impacted by technology disruptions. His experience spans technical and high-performance computing, artificial intelligence, advanced mobility, building enterprise products for technology infrastructure, and embedded engineering.

Ashish regularly represents LTTS in industry platforms such as CII R&D Committee and NASSCOM ER&D Committees. Ashish is based out of Bangalore (India).

Rajeev Gupta is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of L&T Technology 91Ô­´´ (LTTS) and also leads the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives at the company.

An alumnus of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Narsee Monjee, Mumbai, Rajeev has over 28 years of experience in Financial Management to his credit, out of which 20 years have been in the technology industry.

His earlier leadership roles were with Jardine Lloyd Thompson, Amazon, InterGlobe Technologies, Capgemini and PwC which led him to becoming the CFO in Birlasoft before joining us at LTTS. His most notable achievements are effecting a complex acquisition with merger/demerger and commercially structuring a multi-million-dollar win as CFO in Birlasoft and with Capgemini India where he contributed significantly to growing their business from a size of 200 people to over 35,000 people over a span of ten years.

Rajeev is currently based out of Mumbai (Maharashtra), India.

Mr. Alind Saxena serves as the Executive Director & President at L&T Technology 91Ô­´´. He spearheads topline growth and strategic business development initiatives, continually exploring new revenue streams for the organization.

Alind is dedicated to fostering strong customer relationships and maintaining a robust deal pipeline. Alind oversees the Mobility and Technology segments, as well as the markets in EMEA and ROW, including India. By leveraging globally diverse teams across continents, he has successfully led LTTS' expansion into key geographical markets. Alind is also responsible for driving the large-deals engine at LTTS ensuring continued momentum in securing transformational projects from global customers.

Earlier, as Chief Sales Officer, Alind has been instrumental in steering LTTS to its current position as a leading global engineering services provider helping Fortune 500 customers across the world.

In his previous roles, Alind has been closely associated with the manufacturing industry in domains such as Automotive, Aerospace, Oil and Gas, Industrial Products, Telecom and Medical devices. With three decades of industry experience, Alind has held several leadership positions in multinational organizations. A technologist with very strong business acumen, Alind has worked out of Asia, Europe, and North America.

Alind is a core member of the Leadership Council of L&T Technology 91Ô­´´. He is a graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and certified in leadership from INSEAD and Harvard Business School. He is also an active member of STEM and presides over several educational councils at his local district

Nitin Jain is the Global Head, Digital Products & 91Ô­´´ at L&T Technology 91Ô­´´ (LTTS). In a career spanning over 22 years, Nitin has successfully managed large businesses across geographies and business units, turning around business-critical leads and developing strategic roadmap for alliance planning and P&L management.

Before joining LTTS, Nitin was the Vice-President (Engineering) in GlobalLogic for over 5 years and was responsible for managing their largest Engineering group in India which involved digital transformation projects, complex engineering labs for large enterprises in Hi-Tech/ISV and Med-Tech domain.

A Bachelor of Engineering, Nitin is an Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee alumni. An avid reader and university champion in billiards and snooker.

Prabhakar Shetty is the Global Head, Digital Manufacturing 91Ô­´´ at L&T Technology 91Ô­´´ (LTTS).

Prabhakar is responsible for the Digital Engineering business and leveraging new age technologies like IoT, Digital Twins, AR/VR, AI & Digital Transformation to help customers in their Industry 4.0 execution journey.

Prabhakar leads multiple units like PLM, Manufacturing Automation, Asset Management, Engineering Content Management and Managed 91Ô­´´ unified by a global consulting team to drive transformation services. This group leads all the digital initiatives across verticals including covering Product Design, Manufacturing, and Smart Cities, etc.

Prabhakar is a seasoned executive with a career spanning over 30 years. He has experience in building and nurturing successful consulting and technology businesses. Prabhakar has extensive international work experience in the manufacturing, retail and CPG space with success in guiding multi-million-dollar portfolios with P&L responsibility.

Shailendra Shrivastava, also known as Shail, is the Chief Segment Officer of Mobility at L&T Technology 91Ô­´´ (LTTS). Previously, he served as the Chief Delivery Officer for Transportation, where he was responsible for ensuring exceptional delivery, operational excellence, and continuous innovation within the transportation sector.

His key areas of focus include developing cutting-edge solutions for autonomous and electric vehicles, creating customizable modules for applications such as digital cockpits and sensor fusion, and delivering innovative solutions that extend beyond CAD. He also supports original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in reducing their time to market.

In a career spanning over 30 years, Shail has successfully managed numerous teams across six continents, delivering exceptional value for clients while driving success for the organization. He has established more than 30 offshore development centres and an industrial design centre, along with over 10 state-of- the-art labs, including those dedicated to material testing, teardown analysis, and Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS). Furthermore, Shail has developed cutting-edge solutions for AUTOSAR, V2X connectivity, and cybersecurity in the automotive sector.

Shail is currently located in Detroit, Michigan, USA.

Pinku Pappan is Head, Investor Relations and M&A at L&T Technology 91Ô­´´ (LTTS). He has over two decades of experience with most of it in capital markets spanning Equity Research and Investor Relations.

Prior to joining LTTS in 2017, Pinku served as the Head of Investor Relations for Just Dial, with an additional responsibility of managing operations for the e-commerce business. Prior to Just Dial, Pinku was a research analyst initially with Lehman Brothers and later at Nomura covering Telecom, IT services and Internet. He began his career at TCS as a software engineer in the Telecom domain.

Pinku holds a Bachelor’s in Electronics & Communication Engineering from College of Engineering, Trivandrum and a master’s in business administration from the Indian School of Business (ISB).

Seema Ghanekar is the Chief Segment Officer of Communications, Media, and Hi-Tech at L&T Technology 91Ô­´´ (LTTS). With extensive experience in embedded systems development across a wide range of industry domains, Seema previously held the position of Chief Delivery Officer for NexGen Communications and Sustainability. In her current role, she is accountable for P&L, customer delivery management, and strategic planning. Seema provides critical business direction informed by the latest industry and technology trends, ensuring that LTTS remains at the forefront of innovation.

Seema has a successful track record of setting up and managing multiple Offshore Development Centers and multi-location, multi-year engagements with Tier-1 OEMs, ODMs, and R&D houses across various geographies including the US, Europe, APAC, and India. She is a Gold Medalist in Electrical Engineering from Sardar Patel College of Engineering, Mumbai.

Seema is currently located in Mumbai (Maharashtra), India.

Subrat Tripathy serves as the Chief Segment Officer of Process at L&T Technology 91Ô­´´ (LTTS). With over 30 years of extensive experience across various roles and industry segments, Subrat brings invaluable business leadership, market insight, and strategic vision to LTTS. In his current position, he spearheads business development efforts in key client markets, driving the growth and expansion initiatives for Plant Engineering.

Subrat’s experience includes managing business units, leading strategic initiatives, business development, relationship management and execution. His insightful experience has helped create business value spanning across three decades in the Engineering and Information Technology outsourcing space.

He holds a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and is certified in Business Leadership from Ross School of Business, Michigan University and INSEAD.

Subrat operates out of New Jersey, USA.

Srinath Nagarur, also known as Sri, serves as the Chief Segment Officer of Industrial at L&T Technology 91Ô­´´ (LTTS). An expert in the engineering consulting and services sector, Sri boasts over 27 years of extensive global experience.

He excels in cultivating strategic customer relationships, spearheading technology partnerships, and facilitating transformative business journeys that drive innovation and success. He previously served as the Chief Business Officer for Transportation, where he was responsible for developing and implementing the strategy and driving growth for LTTS' offerings in the automotive, aerospace, trucks and off-highway, and rail segments across North America. As part of the LTTS leadership team, Sri leads a dynamic team comprising business development, solutions, client services, and program management specialists, all focused on redefining and revitalizing global customer success paradigms.

In his previous roles, Sri led global sales for a Fortune 150 subsidiary, enabled Fortune 500 accounts as lead client partner across multiple industry segments, and strategically delivered and serviced cutting-edge solutions leveraging a broad spectrum of technologies and methodologies for CIOs and CTOs. He continues to drive new opportunity identification, go-to-market journeys, client satisfaction management, and new engagement models and long-term partnerships across industries and segments.
